This spring the boys school did a fun run as their fundraiser. It was a new event and turned out to be really fun. The kids each got shirts and ran 32 smallish laps. As they lapped around we marked off each lap on the back of their shirts. It was fun to see all of their energy and encourage them to keep running! The event also turned out to be the biggest fundraiser in school history, raising over $26,000 for the school. The principal had said that if they raised $25,000 she would shave her head. I don't think she thought they'd make that, but they did. So a few weeks later, they had an assembly and got to do that. Here are a couple of pictures of the boys and their classes at the fun run!
